This page brings together links for various forms and brochures you can download from this site. Depending on your PC/Mac configuration, clicking on a link should either open the document in your browser or initiate a download. If it just opens it up and you really want to download it, or a new browser windows opens up with a message saying the page cannot be displayed, right-click on the link and select the appropriate save/download option on the menu that appears (remembering, of course, where you are saving it) - you should then be able to open the file from the saved copy. Most of our forms are in Adobe's Acrobat format (files with a pdf extension). You need Adobe's Acrobat Reader programme to view them - it's a free program which you can get from here.
